The fact that more than 65 per cent of adults in America have excessive weight is not surprising today. The situation in Europe is not better much. The consequences for population health are really terrible and threatening. There are numerous national programs, weight loss supplies to correct this, but unfortunately they are not quite effective. The key thing is a lack of motivation. If you have some extra kilos nobody is going to help you, you have to start doing  something immediately. It's no use in getting some pharmacy online, like herbalife or other diet supplements, you are just to change something in your lifestyle.
What to start from? The first point in your weight loss plan should be trying to eat with intention. Dietologists call it “mindful eating.” Regardless of the label, if you’re not paying attention to your food, you’ll consume more calories than you need.

Pay attention to how each bite tastes. Chew well. Wait between bites to anticipate the next. Analise how you feel after several bites. Are you satisfied or are you still hungry? Eat accordingly.

Cut out so-called “ recreational eating.” There are plenty more tips to help with this, but it is the eating that we do between meals, just because we feel like it. For example, a friend of mine is used to eat a large bag of M & Ms while reading a good book. Eating when you're not hungry is “recreational” and unnecessary.
There are lots of advices more. But just trying to follow even these ones can appreciable change the way you fell your body and the way it looks like.
